TODAY -GLOBAL DAY OF ACTION IN SUPPORT OF UPS WORKERS IN TURKEY

A large number of workers have lost their jobs in UPS Turkey in what International Trade unions beleives is an outright attack on TUMTIS union which organises drivers.
Whilst UPS is a company which recognises and negotiates with trade unions- management atits turkish operations appear to be promoting a campaign of anti-union activities (including shooting) intended to intimidate workers.
